Our executive officers have been with Twin River Bank for many years. We look for stability and common sense to help guide us through all the regulations and still maintain a good balance with our customers and their businesses.
John D. Vassar, Chairman of the Board
John was an original founder of Twin River National Bank in 1979. John is a life-long resident of the Lewis Clark Valley. He is retired from Vassar-Rawls Funeral Home (former owner/operator) family owned business.
John is also a Vietnam Veteran flying a Cobra, was a Mission Commander of a five-helicopter scout team and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross. John has been involved in many community organizations: Lewis Clark State College Foundation, Chamber of Commerce, American Legion, Veteran’s of Foreign Wars, Eagles Lodge, Elks Lodge, Lions Club, United Way and the Moose Lodge. John’s interests are fly fishing, camping and traveling with his wife Jan Vassar and visiting the grandkids. GO VANDALS!
Rick Wasem, Vice Chairman of the Board
Rick Wasem joined the board in 1997. Rick is a pharmacist and recently sold the family owned business Wasem’s Drugs in Clarkston, WA to employees. Rick also co-owns Basalt Cellars Winery in the Port of Clarkston.
Rick is also a life-long resident of the Lewis Clark Valley and has a personal interest in financial markets. Rick has been involved in many community organizations: Tri-State Hospital Board & Foundation, Chamber of Commerce, Valley Boys & Girls Club Board, St. Joseph’s Hospice Advisory Board, Clarkston Rotary, Clarkston Education Foundations (Investment & Grant Committees) and the WSU College of Pharmacy Alumni Advisory Board. Rick’s significant other is Chris Schmidt and they enjoy traveling, friends and sailing.
Jody Servatius, President / CEO
Jody was hired in 1981 and has been Auditor, Loan Officer and CFO/Cashier. In 1995 Jody was promoted to President / CEO. As CEO she was responsible for opening the three branches in Clarkston, Asotin and the Lewiston Orchards; formed Twin River Financial Corp. (holding company); converted to an S Corporation; and converted from a National bank to an Idaho State bank charter. Jody was raised on a cattle ranch above Kamiah/Clearwater River and is a Kamiah Kub and an Idaho Vandal! Jody’s community involvement has been: St. Joseph Regional Medical Center Board, Asotin County Fair 4-H & FFA Livestock Sale Board Treasurer, Chamber of Commerce, Lewis Clark Rotary Club, Lewiston Roundup Association, Twin County United Way, Leadership Lewiston, Asotin County Fair Rodeo Committee, Asotin County Little League and Babe Ruth, Valley Vision organization campaign. In 2007 Jody was recognized as the Business Person of the Year by the Lewiston Morning Tribune Business Profile. Jody enjoys Softball, Volleyball, Camping, Snowmobiling, 4-Wheeling and Horses. Jody is married to Fritz Servatius and has three children (Rhett, Mandy & Ben) and four wonderful grandchildren.
Marni Bann, EVP / Chief Financial Officer / Cashier
Marni is also a life-long resident of Lewiston and a Lewiston Bengal, Idaho Vandal and LCSC Warrior! Marni has been our CFO/Cashier since 1995.
Marni is married to Chad Bann and they have three boys (Trey, Brit and Braxton). They are involved in the BANN BOYS RACING and many school events.
Marni’s is also involved in many community organizations: Winter Spirit, Boys & Girls Clubs, Lewiston High School Advisory Program and the All Saints Catholic Church School Program.
Willie Deibel, EVP / Senior Lender
Willie is a life-long resident of Lewiston and a Lewiston Bengal and a WSU Coug! Willie loves to golf with his wife Katie and many other golfing buddies and has a very low handicap (thankfully he carries the bank team in community golf tournaments).
Willie is involved in many community organizations: Lewiston Roundup Association President/Treasurer/Secretary; Lewis-Clark Chapter #5 Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, LC Crew, Boys & Girls Club and Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity at WSU. Willie enjoys hunting, camping, 4-Wheeling and just about anything outdoors. Katie and Willie have a couple of prized dogs – Wrigley and Callie that they take everywhere in their travels. GO COUGS!
